I wrote an article for skiasia.com on a few simple ways to get fit for the ski season. Being ski fit is very important to improve your skiing. Without a basic level of fitness or strength it will be hard to push to the next level. I know many people that have a hard time making it to the gym, so I have put together a few basic exercises that can be done at home without gym equipment.
All of these exercises can be split up over the day as well to manage time better and they should give you a good basic strength for skiing.
